What is trickle charging?
Trickle charging is used to compensate for the loss of capacity due to self-discharge after the battery is fully charged. Generally, pulse current charging is used to achieve the above purpose.
What is a penetration test?
After the battery is fully charged, pass a nail of a certain diameter through the center of the battery and leave the nail inside the battery. The battery should not explode or catch fire.
APMS system
How is the ultra-low temperature control function of the APMS system achieved?

The APMS system uses a specially designed control module that maintains stable operation at extremely low temperatures, ensuring reliability even at -50°C.

Sustainability
If the light or battery fails, can it be replaced individually?

Yes. Queneng’s solar street lights are designed with a modular structure, so components such as photovoltaic panels, batteries, lights, and controllers can be replaced individually, making maintenance convenient and cost-effective.

Battery and Analysis
What are the control methods to prevent battery overcharging?
In order to prevent the battery from being overcharged, the charging end point needs to be controlled. When the battery is full, there will be some special information that can be used to judge whether the charging has reached the end point. Generally, there are six methods to prevent the battery from being overcharged:
1) Peak voltage control: Determine the end of charging by detecting the peak voltage of the battery;
2) dT/dt control: determine the end point of charging by detecting the battery peak temperature change rate;
3) △T control: When the battery is fully charged, the difference between the temperature and the ambient temperature will reach the maximum;
4) -△V control: When the battery is fully charged and reaches a peak voltage, the voltage will drop by a certain value;
5) Timing control: Control the charging end point by setting a certain charging time. Generally, set the time required to charge 130% of the nominal capacity;
